Aim of the study. To compare macroscopic and microscopic organ changes detected at autopsy in SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals between different cause-of-death groups.

Introduction. The COVID-19 pandemic has a significant ef fect on the sleep duration and quality of healthcare workers. It is af fected not only by stress experienced at work, but also by the growing public anxiety and distrust of the healthcare system. This study aimed to examine the sleep quality of healthcare workers in Lithuania before and during the COVID-19 outbreak and compare the differences.
